Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy only in the case of a broken or damaged watch.

To be eligible for a return, you must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish (without any cuts).

Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video as proof.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within *48 hours* of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.


We will review your request and, if approved, offer a Exchange or refund as per the situation.

Exchange policy 
1.Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery 
2.Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
3.Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item


Cancellation Policy

Refund Process
If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
